Andrew Parker

Andrew Parker takes great satisfaction in assisting clients through what are often the most difficult events of their lives and allowing them to put these matters behind them.  The first 19 years of his law practice were at the Long Parker law firm in Asheville, where he acquired extensive experience in complex litigation matters, including contracts, real property disputes, and business disputes, both outside and inside the family law context.  He also has substantial experience advising clients prior to litigation in order to permit them to avoid lawsuits or best position themselves for eventual conflicts.

He is available for consultation and representation concerning prospective and active disputes involving matters of complex litigation, family law, closely held businesses, and real property.

Mr. Parker further enjoys and appreciates working with his fellow members of the bar on common matters, whether family law attorneys or otherwise, in which his involvement can be beneficial to them and their clients.
