Joy McIver Joins Montford Family Law

We are pleased to welcome Joy G. McIver to Montford Family Law. Joy is a North Carolina Board Certified Family Law Specialist who has practiced family law, civil litigation and appellate practice in state and federal courts across Western North Carolina since 1996.

In 2006, Joy was certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission as a Superior Court Mediator. Recently, she received training in Collaborative Law.  She received her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Joy’s more than twenty years of experience as a litigator is a valued addition to Montford Family Law.
